A growing consultancy based in Birmingham is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a range of commercial and hospitality-focused developments across the Midlands.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a strong consultancy background and the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

The Senior Project Manager's role

This role involves full project lifecycle delivery, including setting project strategies, managing teams, overseeing budgets, and maintaining quality and compliance. The Senior Project Manager will work across design, procurement, delivery, and close-out stages.

Key tasks include project planning, cost control, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and reporting. You'll be responsible for achieving programme and budget targets while building long-term client relationships.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree in a construction or project management discipline

Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM) or working towards

Strong project leadership experience within commercial or hospitality sectors

Confident communicator with strong contract administration skills

Able to work across multidisciplinary teams
