Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide, award-winning construction consultancy are growing their Buckinghamshire office by appointing a confident Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

Joining an experienced team, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall work across a mixture of commercial based projects (retail and industrial) carrying out cost plans for new build and refurb’s, producing take-offs, and managing the tender process.

As well as the above, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to lead with senior level support.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Able to commute to Buckinghamshire on a daily basis

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience

* Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy firm

* Able to carry out pre and post contract tasks
