Fit-out site manager, January start, Liverpool
Our Client
Hays are partnering with a well established and national fit-out and interiors contractor to find two site managers who can oversee their high spec fit out project on a flagship Liverpool commercial project. The project will begin early January and will run for a duration of 20 weeks.
As site manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the supervision of subcontractors on site
- Working under the Project Manager on site
- Maintain all RAMS and H&S on site
- Oversee the drylining and finishing package
- Liaise with the main contractor on site
What you need
- Previous drylining, ceilings, & partition experience is essential
- SMSTS & CSCS & First Aid
- Prior UK-based contractor experience is essential
We are offering
- £250 – £330 per day DoE
- Work in the Liverpool area
- 20-week duration
- Early January start
