Retrofit Coordinator – PAS 2035

Location: North West (travel to sites required)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

An established and growing energy efficiency and renewables contractor is seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS 2035 process.

This is a key role in ensuring retrofit projects are designed, installed, handed over, and monitored to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on the full PAS 2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring.
Manage retrofit surveys across the region, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and SAP, offering guidance to meet specific scheme criteria.
Work closely with internal teams to establish the business as a partner of choice for retrofit delivery under SHDF, LAD, ECO, and other funding streams.
Deliver against agreed objectives and performance targets on retrofit schemes.
Manage PAS 2035 lodgement through TrustMark in line with project programmes, enabling timely funding drawdown.Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (or working towards qualification).
Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035, TrustMark, and government-funded retrofit schemes.
Experience in energy modelling (RdSAP and SAP).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Desirable:

Previous experience working on SHDF, LAD, ECO, or similar funded retrofit schemes.
Knowledge of wider energy efficiency and low-carbon technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.Key Relationships

Reports to: Sustainability / Commercial leadership
Works with: Retrofit Assessors, Designers, Surveyors, Installers, Project Managers
Liaises with: Certification bodies, funding partners, and client organisations
