Finishing Groundwork Gangs

Osenka recruitment are currently looking for an experienced 2-man finishing gang to join our reputable civil & groundworks client on their busy residential housing development. The role will involve high-quality finishing works, ensuring all snagging and final details are completed to a professional standard.

The gang would need to hold minimum 360/Dumper/Roller tickets

Duties will include:

*

Carrying out all aspects of finishing work (snagging, patching, touch-ups, final fix)

*

kerbing, slabbing, drainage repairs, fencing, and concrete finishing

*

Working closely with site managers to meet deadlines

*

Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times

Location: Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire

Start date: Asap

Duration: Ongoing

Rate: negotiable

Hours: 07:30 – 16:30

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a finishing gang on residential newbuilds

*

CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards

*

Own tools & PPE

*

Reliability and attention to detail

*

x2 relevant working references
