Architect

We are currently collaborating with a premier design and build main contractor with an extensive project portfolio encompassing everything from residential refurbishment to large scale leisure and hotel schemes.

Established over 30 years ago, the company initially started as a fit out contractor before diversifying their projects, as the company stands today, they are moving into the next level, with turnover increasing significantly in the last few years and a new organisational structure in place, bringing the resources and resilience necessary to take on bigger clients.

Specialisms include residential build and refurbishment, commercial office, hotel, leisure and healthcare renovation and interior fitout projects.

As the Architect you will be responsible for the planning, design and overseeing the construction of projects.

Roles/ responsibilities & requirements include but are not limited to:

* Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

* Must have experience in submitting Reserved Matters Applications

* Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

* Developing and presenting project proposals.

* Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

* Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

* Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact

* Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations

* Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines

* Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
