Ganger / Site Foreman

Ganger / Foreman – Commercial Construction Site, Central Oxford

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Ganger / Foreman to oversee operations on a busy commercial construction site in the heart of Oxford.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone confident in managing external trades and ensuring smooth day-to-day site coordination. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate external subcontractors and trades

Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

Maintain clear communication between site teams and management

Monitor progress and report any issues or delays

Support site logistics and assist with planning daily activities

Work occasional Saturdays as required by the project schedule

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within commercial construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve site issues proactively

Availability for a pre-start interview
