Salary: £40,000 + Company Vehicle/Van + Fuel Allowance + Pension Contributions

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality renovations and extensions? I am looking for a motivated and hands-on professional to join their growing team in the West Midlands.

This is not your average Site Manager role. I after someone who knows the entire build process, not just a few trades – someone who can take a renovation project from start to finish with confidence, quality, and care.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience managing or supervising residential renovation and extension projects (not new builds)

*

Broad knowledge and/or hands-on experience across all aspects of the build process

*

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS are highly preferred

*

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-end finishes

*

Willingness and ability to be hands-on when required

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
