Job role: Multi Trader
Location: South Essex – Southend-on-Sea
Salary: £36,000 + benefits

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our planned works team, helping maintain and improve social housing properties to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades – plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building work.

Responding to service requests quickly and professionally.

Ensuring all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.

Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to deliver projects on time.

Providing excellent service to residents, handling queries in a professional and respectful way.

What we're looking for:

Proven multi-trade experience in social housing or a similar environment.

Strong knowledge of health & safety practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with IT, including PDA systems (SOR code knowledge a plus).

Full UK driving licence.

Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively.

Must be prepared for a drug & alcohol test on the first day.
