Senior Site Manager – Residential – Daventry
We're working with a busy and growing housebuilder who have recently launched a new division and are looking to bring in a Senior Site Manager to lead a housing development in Daventry.
The scheme consists of 114 units – a mix of timber-frame housing and traditionally built apartments – offering the right candidate a varied and rewarding project to run from start to finish.
The Role:

Lead day-to-day site operations, driving programme, quality, and H&S compliance
*
Manage both direct labour and subcontractors across housing and apartment phases
*
Work closely with the divisional management team to set the standard for delivery in this new region
*
Provide mentorship and structure to the wider site team

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager delivering volume housing schemes

Strong experience in timber frame housing (essential) and exposure to traditional build apartments (desirable)

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
