We are working with a National fit out and refurbishment construction company who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee fast track fit out projects within the retail sector.

The company are looking for someone who is open to working away as the projects can be across the UK. The company work specifically with high street retailers and house hold name coffee shops.

They provide good rates of pay, a company vehicle for direct staff.

Previous retail fit out experience is essential for the role.

Skills, qualifications, duties

-Toolbox talks

-Client meetings

-Managing sub contractors

-Ensuring the site is kept up to UK HSE regulations

-SMSTS

-CSCS card

-Driving licence

-First Aid

-DBS – desirable

-Site Management experience

-HNC/HND in construction – desirable

-Trade background – an advantage
