Steel erection supervisor

Global Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced Steel erection supervisor to join our client’s highly skilled team on a permanent basis.

Please note the initial project is based in South east London (Near Peckham)

Rate of pay – Up to £26 per hour

**The position requires someone with their own tools & site install experience **

Location – Multiple sites in and around London

Suitable candidates should have the following-

* You must be experienced in all types of Fitting, Fabrication and Welding to a high standard with an emphasis on architectural steelwork

* You must have the ability to read from Engineering drawings and work on your own initiative in a workshop environment and on Customer premises.

* We require people who have good communication skills, a positive attitude and who are extremely flexible in their approach to all aspects of Engineering & their working hours.

* Supervisory/Leadership skills would be a distinct advantage but not essential, provided skills are to a high standard.

* You must have experience fabricating both architectural & structural steel

* Valid CSCS Card , SSSTS or SMSTS (Must have) & IPAF (Preferred)
