Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking architectural practice, is seeking a passionate Architect to join their dynamic team.

The Role
As a Qualified Architect, you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You'll be involved from concept through to completion, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on design development, planning applications, and technical drawing packages.

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Stay up to date with industry regulations, planning policies, and sustainable design practices.

About You:

ARB registered with proven post-qualification experience.

Strong design skills with excellent technical knowledge.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (experience with Adobe Suite and SketchUp advantageous).

Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.

A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
