Manage projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience in a similar role within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
