We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. The Role

Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects.
Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions.
Working closely with the design and delivery teams.
Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring. What's on Offer

Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical QS experience within building services.
Strong knowledge of D&B mechanical projects.
Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
