Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a bespoke joinery and woodworking manufacturer based in Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on CNC experience who is looking for a long-term role within a high-quality production environment.

You will be working with modern woodworking machinery, producing precision joinery components for high-end projects. This role is for an operator only – no programming skills are required.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC woodworking machinery (Homag experience desirable but not essential)

Work to technical drawings and production schedules

*

Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production

*

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machines

*

Ensure smooth workflow within the workshop team

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC machines within the woodworking or joinery industry

*

Familiarity with timber, joinery, or cabinet-making processes

*

Ability to follow instructions and specifications accurately

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Team player with good communication skills
