We are working with one of our long-standing partners as they expand their highly successful Building Surveying team. You’ll be joining a business with a reputation for delivering first-class projects across schools, universities, hospitals, and public buildings, with values typically ranging from £10,000 to £2m.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to:

Assist with surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies.
Support the preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and contract documents.
Learn to manage projects from inception to completion, including contract administration.
Contribute to design, procurement, and project delivery.
Develop technical expertise in building pathology and defect diagnosis.
This role is designed to help you build confidence, take ownership of your own projects, and progress towards MRICS chartered status.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from recent graduates or those with up to 18 months of relevant industry experience (placement year, internship, or post-degree role). You should:

Hold an RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
Have a basic understanding of contract administration and building pathology.
Be motivated to make a positive impact on the built environment.
Be ambitious and committed to achieving chartered status.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
