Contracts Manager – Prime Residential
Chichester | £75,000 + Excellent Package + Bonus
I’m currently working with King & Drury, a highly regarded bespoke house builder, who specialise in delivering prime residential projects for high-net-worth clients across the South Coast. With an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship, detail, and service, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to their team.
This role will be based out of their Chichester office, overseeing four live projects and ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, budget, and programme.
The Role:
Managing multiple bespoke residential projects simultaneously.
Leading and mentoring site teams, ensuring strong performance across all projects.
Acting as the key client liaison, maintaining excellent relationships with HNW clients.
Implementing commercial and operational controls to ensure consistent delivery.
Chairing progress meetings, managing consultants and subcontractors, and driving accountability. The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Contracts Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up) with a background in bespoke/prime residential projects.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-value homes to exacting standards.
Commercially astute with solid knowledge of budgets, supply chains, and contracts. The Offer:
Salary of £75,000 plus an excellent package and bonus scheme.
