Contracts Manager – Bicester (with mobility thereafter)

Package: £80–90K + £7–8K car/allowance (Permanent)
Location: Site-based at Bicester (Siemens Triex Park) for the next 12–18 months, with flexibility to work across the South UK on future projects.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a major £125M Siemens battery manufacturing facility for MRI at Triex Park, Bicester. This project is already live, with 12–18 months remaining, and forms part of a wider pipeline of Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing schemes.

Role Purpose

Take responsibility for day-to-day construction management on site.

*

Support the Project Director by freeing up time for client management and reporting duties.

*

Work closely with the Senior Site Manager to ensure production, safety, and programme delivery targets are achieved.

*

Drive operational excellence and maintain a collaborative site culture.

Key Requirements

*

Strong background delivering Life Sciences or Advanced Manufacturing projects.

*

Proven leadership experience on high-value, technically complex builds.

*

Full UK health & safety certifications (CCS, SMSTS).

*

Ideally from a Tier 1 main contractor background, with the ability to manage demanding client and project expectations.

*

Flexibility to work across the South UK on future schemes beyond Oxfordshire.

Package & Progression

Base salary of £80–90K + £7–8K car/allowance.
