Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A leading Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. 

THE COMPANY & POSITION

The client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to bring in a bright QS who has recently graduated or who has been working in their first role for 12-18 months. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly, fast paced office in a team environment. The role will involve assisting Senior QS’s and Directors, carrying out take offs, valuations and producing estimates on larger schemes. In time, this will progress to managing their own small projects.

The successful individual will be working on a broad range of sectors including;

Retail
Residential
Mixed Use
Life Science

The successful applicant will not get pigeonholed into one project / sector. They will work across all sectors on projects ranging from £250k to £500million in value. My client places great emphasis on mentoring and training, and with several people currently working through their APC. My client also holds regular internal CPD sessions to help our people develop.
