A respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are seeking to grow their Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD) department. If you are an Architect or Architectural Technologist who is confident in your Building Regulation knowledge and/or have a natural instinct to be organised and coordinate multiple departments simultaneously, then you will progress very well within this field. They have an established process and system which sets them ahead of most of the industry, you would have the opportunity to excel your career with them.

You will be supported by the Partner who is leading the service, as you liaise with other experienced Architects and Building Regulation experts within the business.

Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD)

Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination and tracking Design Compliance whilst you manage the Gateway applications.

Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) Requirements

Confident in your knowledge of the Building Regulations and Gateway Process (required)
Minimum of 5 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification (required)
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)What will you get in return?
