The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects, building strong client relationships, and helping shape future growth. This is more than just a technical role – it’s a chance to make a real impact and develop into a key leader within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cost management and employer’s agent services across pre- and post-contract stages.
Lead and coordinate consultant teams through planning, procurement, and construction phases.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery meets their business objectives.
Contribute to business development, leveraging your market knowledge to grow sector presence.
Prepare budgets, cost plans, value engineering strategies, and commercial analysis.
Manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee change control.
Produce accurate cost reports and forecasts, chair site meetings, and drive commercial awareness.
Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated, client-facing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready for the next step in their career.
You will have:

Degree in Quantity Surveying (MRICS preferred).
Strong experience with JCT Design & Build contracts (NEC desirable).
A proven record of delivering projects to programme and budget.
Commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
Experience within the Industrial & Logistics sector (preferred but not essential).
