Project Manager

Our client, a leading Design & Build contractor, is seeking a permanent Project Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects in the Cambridge region. With a strong pipeline of CAT A and CAT B schemes, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality spaces for blue-chip clients.

The role involves full site responsibility from pre-start through to handover. You’ll chair client meetings, manage subcontractors, monitor programme and progress, and provide regular reports to a visiting Contracts Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Leading full site delivery on commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects
Chairing client and subcontractor meetings
Managing site programme, H&S, logistics, and quality standards
Producing weekly progress reports and liaising with the visiting Contracts Manager
Overseeing the supply chain and ensuring delivery to spec, on time and within budget Requirements:

Strong fit-out experience (D&B, CAT A and B)
Excellent communication and client management skills
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certifications
