General Foreman

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, manage site teams, monitor progress, and enforce health and safety compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor progress against schedules and report to site/project management.

*

Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues.

*

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman/General Foreman in construction.

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

*

Relevant CSCS/SMSTS certification essential
