Project Manager (Office Fit-Out)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in office fit-out projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge of the fit-out sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage office fit-out projects from design to handover.

Develop project programmes, budgets, and risk management plans.

Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*
Manage client relationships, providing clear communication and regular updates.

Oversee quality control and resolve project issues promptly.
*
Monitor financial performance and manage project variations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the office fit-out or interiors sector.
*
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, building regulations, and industry standards.
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
*
Relevant construction/project management qualifications (e.g., Degree, SMSTS, Prince2) preferred
