Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established refurbishment main contractor based in Waltham Cross.

The requirement is for someone who has extensive experience in being able to run office interior and external refurbishment projects up to £1 million in value. The projects are in the North London area.

The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have demonstrable experience delivering a high quality product while planning and driving it to successful completion.

You will also possess a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.

This is a long term opportunity for someone and is being offered only on a permanent basis.
