HELM. are recruiting on behalf of a leading fit out contractor delivering high-quality office projects across London. They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Manage day-to-day site activities on office fit out projects.

*

Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

*

Maintain health & safety compliance at all times.

*

Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What You’ll Need:

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out / interiors (office fit out preferred).

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications desirable.
