Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing
Location: Margate, Kent

We’re working with an established medium-sized housebuilder who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a brand-new site of traditional build houses and flats.

This is a great opportunity to step onto a site that will run for at least a year, with plenty of pipeline work in the area afterwards. You’ll be joining a supportive and professional team who value quality over volume.

What they’re looking for:

Previous experience with a mainstream housebuilder

*

Ideally exposure to both internals and externals – but if you’ve only done internals, training will be provided on externals

*

Contracting experience may be considered if you’ve worked on flats

*

Someone ambitious, reliable and keen to grow with the business
