Electrical Project Manager – Office Fit-Out Specialist
Connect Grp UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a thriving electrical sub-contracting business based in Hampshire. This reputable company, with an annual turnover of approximately £5 million, specialises in high-value office fit-out projects across the UK. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team, offering excellent career development prospects and a competitive package. The successful candidate will be managing prestigious commercial electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in electrical project management, ideally within commercial or office fit-out environments.
* Relevant electrical qualifications such as ECS Card and SMSTS.
* Proven track record managing projects valued between £500K and £3M+.
* Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and office fit-out requirements.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and lead electrical installations from inception through to project completion on office fit-out projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and oversee profitability to meet financial targets.
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and client specifications
