We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our established Nottingham team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a practice delivering secure and complex government projects that make a genuine impact.

The Role As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key part in the design and delivery process, ensuring technical excellence across all project stages. Your responsibilities will include:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff.About You We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive professional with:

Proven experience working on secure, large-scale, or government/public sector projects.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM experience desirable).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
