Location: Central London Head Office (with 3–4 days per month required on a European data centre site)
Day Rate: Circa £500 via limited company (subject to IR35 assessment)

A fast-growing specialist contractor that predominantly works on data centre and mixed-use commercial projects in the UK and Europe is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor. The business delivers complete design, planning, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Duties:

Manage applications and variations.
Estimating and procurement of materials and services.
Liaise closely with technical engineers.
Ensure budgets, contracts, and project profitability are monitored and maintained.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong MEP commercial experience, ideally within data centre, fit-out, refurbishment, or large-scale construction projects.
Confidence managing multiple projects, budgets, and contract types.
Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
