What You'll Do:
As our Hire Controller/Branch Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our branch by:

Handling inquiries and processing hire requests with efficiency and accuracy.
Maintaining excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the branch, keeping everything running smoothly.
Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Keeping track of inventory and equipment availability, ensuring our clients have what they need when they need it.

Who You Are:

A friendly and approachable individual with a can-do attitude.
Detail-oriented and organised, with excellent multitasking skills.
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
