Assistant Site Manager

Site-based (90%) | Traditional Build Projects

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a traditional build project. This is a hands-on role, with the successful candidate spending the majority of their time on site, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved across Health & Safety, Quality, and Production.

What You’ll Be Doing

Producing accurate daily and weekly reports across Production, QA, Health & Safety, and Housekeeping.

Issuing reports to subcontractors and ensuring actions are followed up and closed out.

*

Maintaining exceptional Health & Safety standards across site, not just during inspections.

*

Supporting regular Quality Assurance checks with internal and external stakeholders.

*

Managing logistics to ensure smooth site operations.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in traditional build projects with crane operations.

*

Strong IT skills – confident with reporting and documentation.

*

Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and a proactive approach to site safety.

*

Background in both internal and external works (an externals manager will also be considered).

*

Excellent organisational skills and a track record of driving works to completion.
