We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of an office refurbishment project in Wimbledon, SW19.

About the Role:

The project is in its final phases, with decoration nearing completion and a focus now on ceilings, snagging, and general site tidying. We need a Finishing Foreman who can manage and coordinate trades on site, ensuring high standards are maintained and the project is handed over on time and to spec.

You won’t be on the tools – your role will be to monitor progress, manage quality control, and keep everything on track as the job closes out.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate multiple finishing trades on site

Maintain high quality standards across all works

Manage and close out snags in a timely manner

Ensure the site is tidy and presentable as it nears completion

Communicate clearly with site management and subcontractors

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on similar fit-out/refurbishment projects

Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Ability to work with pace while maintaining control over standards

Available to start immediately
