Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee roofing repair projects within a longstanding social housing framework. This role involves managing flat and pitched roofing repairs across properties in North London and the Northern Home Counties. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.
* Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in managing flat and pitched roofing repairs within the social housing sector.
* Demonstrated long-term employment with current or recent employers, reflecting stability and commitment.
* Based within the North London or Northern Home Counties area.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 plus package
* Benefits: Car allowance, fuel card, pension contributions, and annual leave.
