M&E Coordinator – East London – £45,000–£50,000 + Package

We’re working with a reputable and well-known developer renowned for delivering iconic high-rise, mixed-use schemes across the capital. With multiple large-scale projects currently underway, they’re expanding their delivery team and are seeking a motivated M&E Coordinator to join them on a flagship development.

The Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical installations across the development, working closely with design, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

* Coordinate all M&E services across site activities

* Ensure compliance with design and technical specifications

* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments

* Attend and lead M&E progress meetings

* Monitor installation and commissioning phases

* Resolve on-site M&E issues and design queries

About You:

* Experience in a similar M&E Coordinator role within a main contractor or developer

* Proven background on high-rise residential or mixed-use schemes

* Solid understanding of M&E design and delivery processes

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance
