Regional Operations Manager – PFI/FM
Location: North London
Salary: Competitive + Package
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across a PFI/PPP portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for contract delivery, client relationship management, compliance, financial performance, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational delivery of FM services across multiple sites to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Ensure compliance with PFI/PPP obligations, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.
*
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong long-term partnerships.
*
Drive performance improvement and implement best practice across the portfolio.
*
Manage budgets and lifecycle funds, working with commercial teams on efficiency and risk mitigation.
*
Lead and develop a team of contract managers, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
*
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring resilience in service delivery.
*
Champion customer experience and continuous improvement.
About You
*
Proven track record in delivering large-scale FM contracts (PFI/PPP essential).
*
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple sites.
*
Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing profit & loss.
*
Knowledge of public sector contracts in health, education, or local authority environments.
*
IOSH/NEBOSH qualified.
*
Experienced in delivering Hard FM/Technical FM services at senior level.
*
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
*
Willingness to travel across multiple sites.
