Technical Manager – High-Rise Residential
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a major regeneration scheme.
As Technical Manager, you will play a role in the delivery of this scheme. You will be responsible for managing all technical and design-related matters throughout the pre-construction and delivery phases, liaising closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the design process from planning through to completion
Manage the production and review of design information, ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and project specifications
Work with external consultants and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow
Provide technical input into procurement strategies and tender documentation
Assist in managing risk, buildability reviews, and value engineering
Support the site team during construction with technical queries and issue resolutionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator in residential development
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction and building regulations
Background in architecture, engineering, or design management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer:
