The Role:

We are seeking to recruit a passionate and detail-oriented Estimator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical mindset who enjoys working with clients within a fast-paced, creative environment where no two projects are the same.

You will be the crucial link between concept design and reality, producing accurate and competitive costings for incredible bespoke pieces and installation works on projects based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse drawings and concept designs (which can often be complex) to produce comprehensive costings.
Calculate all material, labour, subcontractor, and logistical costs for bespoke packages.
Work closely with the designers and sales team via virtual calls to clarify project details, suggest solutions, and guide clients through changes.
Ensure all quotations are robust, with clear qualifications and exclusions noted.
Manage the ordering and coordination of material samples for client presentations.
Hand over costings seamlessly to the sales team and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential: 1-2 years of experience within Estimating.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable; you will use it all day, every day.
A genuine passion for bringing innovative designs to life.
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing situation.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with designers and clients.
