Senior CDM Principal Designer

A multi-disciplinary consultancy, with Architecturally led projects is looking for a personable and experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead within their Major Projects team. You have a very hands-on approach within mostly new-build projects, this means you will spend less time on site then with your average CDM Principal Design role.

You will work on memorable projects, with a social team, in a Hybrid office pattern. If you would like a lower volume, high detail portfolio to sink your teeth into. Then you would thoroughly enjoy this opportunity.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer's role

You'll work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties, attending site visits, managing project risk registers, and producing high-quality pre-construction information. This CDM Principal Designer position is ideal for someone who values a personal and engaging workplace.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer

At least 5 years of experience in a CDM role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsIn Return?
