Project Manager

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. As a Project Manager, you'll be working on a variety of commercial, residential and education schemes across the capital, supporting high-profile developments from inception to completion. With an expanding pipeline of work, the Project Manager will be key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

The Project Manager's role

As a Project Manager, you'll be involved in full project lifecycle delivery, from feasibility through to final handover. Duties include managing budgets, coordinating teams, preparing reports and maintaining strong client communication. You'll also oversee the appointment of contractors and consultants, chair progress meetings and provide leadership across the design and construction stages.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline

Ideally MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership

Minimum 3+ years in a similar Project Manager role

Experience working on commercial, education or residential projects

Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills
