Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A historic cost and project management consultancy with clients and projects across the globe is seeking a confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of preparing bills of quantities.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s role

Working within their Kent office, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be on national and international, healthcare, residential, and education projects – pre and post contract.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in preparing bills of quantities, thus previous experience in this area is required.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Previous experience of producing bills of quantities

* Basic pre and post contract knowledge

* Comfortable working in a small QS team
