About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase—shaping and executing commercial strategies to deliver exceptional design quality and project profitability.

You will oversee cost management and control, prepare and review budgets, handle valuations and variations, manage subcontractor procurement, assess risks, and maintain close engagement with all project stakeholders. This role demands commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across the supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery from conception to completion.

Requirements

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial management role within the construction or fit-out industry

*

Solid understanding of construction contracts and project financial management

*

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

*

A degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable but not essential

*

Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and deliver results to deadlines
