About the Role
As Site Manager in the fit-out division, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standards. You will lead subcontractors, manage site teams, coordinate with design and project management, monitor progress, uphold compliance with health & safety, and maintain client satisfaction. You'll act as a key interface between the site, the office, and clients, ensuring that fit-out works run smoothly from mobilisation through to handover.

Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Foreman / similar) in fit-out, commercial interiors, or building finishing works
*
Strong leadership skills: managing subcontractors, site labour, ensuring productivity, discipline, morale
*
Sound knowledge of H&S regulations, quality control, site logistics, materials, finishes etc.
*
Good commercial awareness: controlling costs, minimising waste, keeping to programme
*
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills (site staff, clients, designers, suppliers)
*
Ability to problem-solve on site under pressure, anticipate issues and proactively address them
*
Relevant qualifications or certifications for site management and health & safety are essential
