Site Manager – 3-Week Cover (Potential to Extend)
Location: Camden, Greater London
Rate: £180–£240/day
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Assistant/Site Manager with a strong track record in high-quality fit-out projects to join a boutique fit-out contractor on a landmark refurbishment in Camden.
The Project
* Greater London House – £20M initial value, 14-month contract
* Expected to evolve into a 2.5-year programme, total value £35M–£40M
* Works include Cat B fit-out, a new restaurant, and associated upgrades
Current Stage
* Ongoing investigation works
* Opening up roof areas previously completed by electrical, mechanical, and building services subcontractors to verify structure and buildability
What We’re Looking For
* Proven fit-out experience, ideally from a main contractor background
* Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
* Demonstrated leadership in delivering high-quality finishes under tight deadlines
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach on site
This is a critical site cover role starting next week, with strong potential to extend beyond the initial 3 weeks as main works commence in January.
