About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team, based in the Manchester office. You will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Your role will include programming, budget management, subcontractor procurement, design coordination, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance. You’ll be the key link between clients, design teams, site teams, and commercial staff—leading from the front and ensuring every aspect of delivery aligns with the company’s high expectations.

Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
*
Strong knowledge of project delivery from design and procurement through to site management and handover
*
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
*
Commercial awareness: experience managing budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost control
*
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
*
Able to lead teams, motivate subcontractors, and drive programmes to successful completion
*
Relevant qualifications or professional memberships (degree or equivalent experience in construction/project management preferred)
