Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our maintenance team. The role involves carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential properties and communal areas. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Carry out general repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating

Diagnose faults and take appropriate remedial action

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance services across multiple sites

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role within maintenance

Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and decorating

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality work
