The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Internal Site Manager looking to work on a landmark residential project in London?

We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality, complex developments across the UK. They are seeking a skilled Internal Site Manager to oversee the internal works on a prestigious £75m residential scheme.

This flagship project includes:

A 20-storey residential tower with 188 units

*

An 8-storey senior living block providing 71 units

*

A 4-storey building comprising 6 large high-spec apartments

You will play a critical role in managing the internal fit-out works from 1st fix through to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage all internal works packages from 1st fix to completion

*

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure delivery against programme

*

Maintain a high standard of health & safety and site cleanliness

*

Drive quality standards and snag-free delivery at handover stage

*

Work closely with the Project Manager and other senior staff

*

Attend and lead regular progress meetings with subcontractors

*

Provide regular updates and reports on progress, risks, and solutions

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale residential projects

*

Strong track record of delivering high-rise or multi-block residential schemes

*

Excellent knowledge of internal fit-out, trades coordination, and finishing standards

*

Ability to manage from 1st fix through to handover independently

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold Card), and First Aid certified

*

Exceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skills
