The Role:
Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control across multiple projects
*
Prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities
*
Conduct risk and value management assessments
*
Monitor project progress and ensure project costs align with budgets
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and project efficiency
*
Evaluate completed work and arrange payments to contractors
*
Provide strategic input during design and pre-construction phases
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures
About You:
*
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within office fit-out or refurbishment projects
*
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management practices
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Experience working on projects within London and the South of England preferred
