Job Title: Lead Gas Service and Repair Engineer

Salary: Earn between £45,000 – £50,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join a Dynamic Client of ours. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take a leadership role in delivering high-quality gas servicing and repairs across Social Housing properties.

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing service and repair operations, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on a range of gas appliances.

* Lead and support a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and on-site training

* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used

* Liaise with customers to provide clear explanations and updates

* Assist with quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in gas service and repair

* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
